Rajbala was directing all District Supply Officers on Friday through video conferencing in the review meeting of the Department of Food, Public Distribution and Consumer Affairs.

He said that DBT (Direct Benefit Transfer) in kerosene distribution will be implemented from July 1 in the entire state. White cards are being given to the selected beneficiaries from the state government for this. In districts where white cards have not been distributed, work is going on fast. White ration card is being provided by the government to 5.20 lakh families of the state. All the ration card holders of the state will be linked to the Aadhaar Ceding and their base will not be based on their basis. Ration card will be canceled if not done. He said that the ration of May will be lifted through e-Poisson, which the shopkeepers do not distribute foodgrains through it, action will be taken against them. Other officials including Food, Public Distribution and Consumer Affairs Secretary Vinay Kumar Choubey were present in the meeting.
Licenses canceled for not distributing ration till June 30
The Chief Secretary said that if the distribution of ration for the month of May is not done through machine, then the license of those dealers will be canceled. He said that more and more self-help groups should be given as licenses priority. In the Focus area, licensing should be given to the Self Help Group in particular. Also, in districts where the complaints of malfunction of machines are being received, it should be promptly corrected through the concerned agencies.
Provide grains in FACI godowns
The Chief Secretary instructed in relation to the uproar of grains that all districts should take up the grains at the time and ensure its distribution. At the same time, the FCI officials asked them to ensure the availability of grains in godowns.
Pay taxes to the farmers by checking the bills correctly
The Chief Secretary directed in relation to the procurement of Paddy, that the payment of bills should be done for the payment of the paddy which has been procured from the farmers, only after the payment is made.
It is worth mentioning that in the year 2016-17, the procurement of 20 thousand 71 thousand 255 metric tonnes has been done in which total 39 thousand 458 farmers are registered.
