PM Ujjwala Yojana Madhya Pradesh – Pradhan Mantri Ujjwala Yojana (PMUY), the ambitious scheme of the Central Government of India. It was initially launched by the Hon’ble Prime Minister Shri Narender Modi on 1 May 2017 at Ballia Uttar Pradesh. After this launch, PMUY was launched by the different state governments in their state.

Besides this, recently the Central Government provided the 2.5 croreth gas connection. Through which the Ujjwala Yojana had achieved 50% of its target. This scheme is being implemented across the country and free gas connections are being provided to the poor women belonging to BPL families.

In this order, the Hon’ble Chief Minister of Madhya Pradesh, Shri Shivraj Singh Chauhan has announced that a total number of 70,000 gas connections have been provided to the people of Sehore District of Madhya Pradesh. He said that the government is ensuring that each household will be covered under this scheme.
